Poultry seasoning

Poultry seasoning

Having a well-stocked spice cabinet is essential to making simple meals that taste incredible.

This seasoning works on any cut of poultry you can imagine! I use it to make baked chicken breasts (which are great for sandwiches), roast chicken (any cut or the whole thing), and grilled chicken.

I mix up a big batch of it to replenish my smaller spice jars because I use this multiple times a week.

Ingredients (for a small spice jar)

2 tablespoons salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dill

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a half-pint jar and shake. Use liberally to season your poultry.

To make this recipe in bulk:

Use a digital scale and add the following amounts to a quart-size jar and shake!

10 1/2 oz salt

1/2 oz pepper

1 1/2 oz paprika

1/2 oz cumin

2 1/2 oz garlic powder

1/4 oz dill
